Inside this cheese is a layer of 5-Year Cellar-Aged Cheddar that adds an incredible sharp and nutty flavor. You're going to love the way the cheddar just oozes out of this truly remarkable oven-baked cheese!

Serve and eat HOT

Origin: Central Wisconsin
Aged: 2-5 Months on the outside. 5 Year Cheddar sandwiched on the inside.
Flavor Profile: Buttery exterior with a sharp, nutty 5-year cheddar core
Food Pairings: Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, Wild Berry Drizzle, Hot Honey Drizzle, Garlic Summer Sausage

Preparation Instructions:

  • Air Fryer:  Cut to desired size.  Heat at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes each side and BOOM!  COMES OUT PERFECT!  
  • Skillet:  Preheat non-stick pan to med-high on stovetop.  Cut cheese to desired size pieces.  (Bigger strips work better for this flavor.)  Place cheese pieces into DRY preheated pan.  Brown to your liking, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Grilling:  Cut cheese to desired size and place on foil.  (Bigger strips work better for this flavor.)  Grill 5-10 minutes or until cheese glistens.
  • Microwave:  Cut cheese to desired size and heat on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  (Bigger strips work better for this flavor.)
